Mary Carolina,

First, I am so very sorry for your loss. The death of a loved one is one of the hardest things we ever have to face.

Second, you can continue. Know how I know? Because you are. Every moment that you are breathing and feeling your pain, you are continuing. And all life is, is one moment at a time.

I hope that you are finding support from family and friends in the death of your brother. Support from others is an essential ingredient to continuing after such a loss. If you feel you need extra support or just another view on how to continue -- feel free to email me @ emilylong82@yahoo.com. I'll offer what I can.
